Nursery Events

Throughout the year, we hold lots of events for our children and families to get involved in. Here are some of them:

Preschool Graduation – We celebrated our Preschool children leaving for school with a graduation ceremony and party. The children loved dressing up in a cap and gown and having their families join us to celebrate with them

Relaunch Event – To celebrate the refurbishment of our beautiful Grade II listed building we created some beautiful artwork to give to Metro Mayor Steve Rotherham and then had our own party in our garden

Sports Day – We had lots of fun taking part in obstacle courses, relay races, team games and saw some of our parents’ competitive sides in the wheelbarrow race

Father’s Day Picnic – We invited our dads, uncles, grandads, stepdads and big brothers in for a Father’s Day picnic where we had some delicious food and took part in some arts and crafts activities

Chicks Hatching – As part of our Growing and Life Cycles theme, we had eggs delivered to nursery and were able to watch them hatch in to chicks

People Who Help Us – As part of our People Who Help Us theme, we invited some local fire fighters and police officers to nursery and were able to try on their uniforms and explore their engines and cars

Mother’s Day – we invited our mums, aunties, nan’s, big sisters and step-mums in for a Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea and created some beautiful artwork to keep forever

All Around The World – we visited the Liverpool World Museum and enjoyed looking at and learning about different places and cultures
