POSITIVE STEPS A Confidence Building Course to Help You Take Your Next Step
This course is designed to help you build confidence, believe in yourself, and feel more ready for what comes next — whether that’s work, learning, change, or something personal.
Confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t have. It’s something you can build, gently and realistically, through small steps that actually fit your life
This course runs from Friday 1st of May for 5 weeks. One session per week, every Friday. From 10 am till around 2:30pm. If you would like to join please come to the Rotunda college before or on the 1st of May.
What this course is about
Positive Steps is a supportive, encouraging programme that combines:
- Practical learning
- Group discussion
- Simple activities you can try out safely
Everything is focused on helping you move forward, without pressure to be perfect or “confident already”.
You’ll explore how confidence grows through:
- Understanding yourself better
- Being kinder to yourself
- Taking small, achievable actions
- Communicating more honestly and clearly
What you’ll gain
By taking part, you’ll:
- Build confidence in a way that feels manageable and realistic
- Become more aware of your strengths, values, and needs
- Learn how to deal with self‑doubt and your inner critic
